What the service was advertising this month

Read from the company's public pages on 21 and 22 October 2026.

  • A freight discount for new registrations. The homepage banner offers a large percentage off the first parcel's shipping for registered users, and the voucher list behind it holds twenty-two system vouchers of various shapes.
  • Video inspection, still promised. The four-step strip on the homepage says a video quality-check feature launches in the middle of the year. It was still saying that in late October, and no help page describes the feature.
  • A chat community with a members-only section. Two homepage banners point at it. No invitation address is published.
  • Route price adjustments. Two notices in the logistics section announce price changes on a postal line and on a group of destinations. Neither carries figures in its summary.
  • A referral scheme. The published alliance rules pay the inviter five dollars when an invited account completes a first order, plus one per cent of each subsequent order that account pays for.

Is the company active on social media?

Posted rule

There is an official video channel carrying seventeen short clips. Every one of them was posted inside a single month in August, and nothing has appeared since. The clips are promotional rather than instructional, apart from one two-minute walkthrough of placing an order.

Counted on the company's official video channel, 21 October 2026.

In practice

Use the channel to see the warehouse and the ordering flow, not to gauge whether the service is busy. A quiet feed is a marketing decision, not an operational signal.

Misread as

A dormant channel gets read as a dormant company. The help centre, the voucher list and the estimator were all live and changing on the same day.

Dated changes to this site. Corrections are welcome at the address in the footer.
2026-10-23First publication. Eight clusters, fifteen pages, every figure read from the company's published pages on 21 and 22 October 2026.
2026-10-23Recorded four live contradictions in the company's own help centre: two top-up fee figures, two warehouse cities, two opening hours for the buying desk, and two company names on two contact pages.
2026-10-23Added the fourteen-destination price sounding taken from the public estimator, with the date attached to every figure.

Two standing commitments. Figures get a date or they do not get published. Where the company's pages disagree, both readings appear and the disagreement is named rather than resolved.

Who pays for the writing

Links from here to the agent's sign-up page and to the product catalogue carry a tag. Some of them pay this site a commission if an account is opened and an order follows. That arrangement does not change which pages get written, and it cannot change what the company's own help centre says, which is where every claim here comes from.

There is no advertising, no sponsored entry, and no paid placement in the aisle list. Nothing on this site is written at the request of the company, which as far as we know does not know the site exists.

Next: who writes this and why it is independent.
